HIES
We went through a rigorous accreditation process before we could join the trusted network of installers. Now approved, we are subject to annual vetting to ensure we are adhering to the scheme rules and code of practice.
As a consumer you can benefit from their robust, Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved alternative dispute resolution service, thus ensuring you are protected at every step of the journey.
MCS
MCS is a mark of quality which demonstrates adherence to recognised industry standards; highlighting quality, competency and compliance.
MCS certify low-carbon products and installations used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources.
Their mission is to give customers confidence in low-carbon energy technology by defining, maintaining and improving quality.
NAPIT
NAPIT registered installers are:
- Able to complete work safely and to legally required standards
- Regularly assessed to ensure their ongoing competence
- Capable of working to the very latest health and safety regulations
- Able to provide customers with the necessary certificates to demonstrate the regulatory compliance of the work they do. These certificates may be requested by tenants, insurance providers and solicitors and may be needed if you are looking to let or come to sell your property.
